Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
