Job summary

Pathways in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help build and shape our Autism Services program from the ground up, working with fellow BCBAs in clinical leadership to design services that reflect clinical excellence, innovation, and family-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, coordinate with families, schools, and providers, and help recruit staff as the program grows in the Georgia market.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a BACB-approved field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Behavior Analyst license (or application submission of license).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, including FBAs, using direct and indirect methods.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide supervision of RBTs and BTs; deliver caregiver training.
• Review data and adjust interventions to maximize client progress.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation per company policies and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and supervisory requirements.
• Meet established clinical productivity expectations.
