Job summary

Clarvida, based in Augusta, GA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families as an independent contractor (1099). The role emphasizes a BCBA-led program with strong clinical leadership and mentorship opportunities.

The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families to support skill development while adhering to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Georgia licensure or eligibility to practice in GA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Deliver caregiver training and support meaningful skill development.
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in line with BACB standards.
