Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in home, community-based and clinic settings on a full-time basis. You will design and implement ABA interventions, supervise BCBAs and collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality care.

They offer flexible caseloads, strong clinical support, weekly consultations, and opportunities for advancement toward senior leadership roles within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure.
• Experience in in-home, community-based or clinic ABA settings.
• Strong collaboration and caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans with families and teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality outcomes.
