Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical and program development in Georgia. You will collaborate with leadership to build a first-of-its-kind ABA program, shape services from the ground up, and ensure family-centered care with client autonomy and assent.

You will supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, and work closely with schools, physicians, and community partners to expand autism services across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a BACB-approved field completed or in progress.
• Active BCBA certification and license or license application.
• Willingness to complete BACB Supervisor Training (8 hours).
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing caregiver training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of RBTs/BTs and supervision.
• Deliver caregiver training.
• Review data and adjust interventions to maximize progress.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and medical providers.
• Maintain compliant documentation and ethical standards.
