Healing Haven, a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic in Farmington Hills, seeks a BCBA-certified clinician to lead ABA therapy programs for children with autism and family-focused care. The role includes supervising clinical staff, parent training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan is required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism.
• Capable of maintaining a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions.
• Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff.
• Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance.
• Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic.
• Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care.
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis.
• Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis.
