Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians emphasize assent-based treatment and partner with parents to nurture each child’s potential for success in school and life.

Part-time and full-time roles are available, with a broad benefits package, supervision, and a strong support network across 18 states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
