Job summary

A behavioral health organization in Virginia, Minnesota, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA Certification and minimum of two years experience working with children or young adults with Autism.
• Experience in supervision and completion of standards module is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for each client assigned.
• Develop and monitor Individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct regular staff training and provide feedback.
