Job summary

BCI/LEARN Behavioral seeks licensed BCBA clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with strong leadership support and access to LEARN Behavioral’s collaborative care network.

Join a group of 500+ BCBAs delivering services across 18 states, with a focus on assent-based treatment, family partnership, and professional growth within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
