Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a hybrid, per diem role in Georgia. The position offers 80% remote and 20% in-person work, with pay ranging from $80.00 to $95.00 per hour and part-time hours with potential for full-time.

You will supervise behavioral therapists, design intervention plans, review session notes, analyze ABA data, and maintain open communication with families and staff as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ABA experience: 6 months (Required).
• BCBA license required.
• Hybrid/Remote in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
• Conduct assessments as needed
