Job summary

Total Spectrum is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll be part of LEARN Behavioral, collaborating with parents and caregivers to implement assent-based, person-centered plans that support skill development and school readiness.

As a BCBA, you’ll access experienced leadership, engage with multiple specialty teams, and benefit from LEARN Perks and robust professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or exam imminent within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
