Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide clinical oversight of RBTs. You will analyze data, train caregivers, collaborate with families and schools, monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation while advancing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
