Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical assessments and supervise RBTs, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans. You will analyze data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
