Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification verified.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Residence in South Carolina required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs ensuring fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data-driven decisions to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Collaborate with Tellos admin to ensure medical necessity in documentation and payer standards.
• Partner with families through coaching to promote skill generalization at home.
• Uphold BACB ethics and professional practice standards.
