Job summary

Lumate is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Lead to mentor and grow a clinical team across NC, VA, and MD, delivering high‑quality ABA services with strong mentorship and leadership opportunities.

You’ll shape clinical programs, supervise RBTs, partner with licensed psychologists, and progress toward Clinical Director while enjoying comprehensive benefits and back‑office support that lets you focus on clients, teams, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Eligibility for licensure as an LBA in North Carolina.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA services.
• Commitment to compassionate, assent-based, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programs and manage a team of RBTs.
• Maintain manageable caseloads focused on quality care.
• Provide administrative and back-office support to focus on clinical excellence.
• Offer pathways to Clinical Director and regional leadership roles.
• Collaborate with licensed psychologists and other clinicians.
