Total Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-clinic or hybrid role. The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$95,000 per year, with 80% in-person supervision.

• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients.
