Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care for children with autism across Georgia and North Carolina. You’ll develop treatment plans and supervise teams in-home, in daycares, and in schools, ensuring consistent, compassionate care.

You’ll work with families to empower progress, partner with a supportive back office, and stay compliant with BACB guidelines and HIPAA while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Must live in NC OR have a NC LBA or live in/within 50 miles of GA!

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
