Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral assessment and intervention programs with a focus on improving outcomes for children and families. The role offers a strong clinical infrastructure and opportunities to supervise RBTs and support staff.

Starting salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15K. Comprehensive benefits and growth paths are provided as part of a commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Able to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
