You will design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions, perform functional assessments, and mentor staff pursuing certification. A collaborative, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure if needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
