Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, develop RBTs, and partner with families in a hybrid, in-person setting in Oklahoma. The role offers a strong base salary with productivity incentives and a focus on long-term clinical growth.

You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration with families and the clinical team to ensure data-driven, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Work closely with families, RBTs and clinical team.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality and collaboration.
