Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and mentor RBTs in a team-focused environment. You will partner with families and clinicians to deliver evidence-based ABA services for children with autism, while maintaining high-quality documentation and continuous program improvement.

The role offers a base salary of $75,600–$99,600 with a productivity target of 25 billable hours per week, and a path for growth in a part-time or full-time,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
• State licensure where required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs
• Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement
