Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan functional behavior assessments, create goals and intervention plans.
• Empower families by leading caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
