Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff, including RBTs and BTs, to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Conduct assessments and planning: functional behavior assessments, goals, and evidence-based interventions.
• Lead family and caregiver training through monthly sessions.
• Coordinate with therapists, educators, and professionals to integrate holistic care.
