Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for field-based work in Spring, Texas. The role focuses on designing and managing individualized ABA programs to improve outcomes for children with autism, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise direct treatment, conduct assessments, tailor treatment plans, oversee RBTs/BTs, and provide monthly caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA Certification - Must hold a current BACB certification.
• BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Supervising direct 1:1 treatment service, developing individualized goals/objectives
• Conducting behavior assessments
• Individualizing client treatment plans
• Managing RBTs/ BTs
• Conducting monthly caregiver training
