Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop treatment goals.
• Lead monthly caregiver training to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists and educators for holistic outcomes.
