Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is looking for passionate BCBAs to provide exceptional ABA services. This role includes both full-time and part-time opportunities with numerous benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance, PTO, and a mentorship program.

As a BCBA, you will provide client assessments, supervise ABA programs, and train paraprofessionals. A current BCBA certification and a strong commitment to cultural diversity are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and ability to administer clinical assessments.
• Experience in 1:1 ABA services and supervising paraprofessionals.
• Adaptability of ABA procedures to cultural diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and supervise ABA programs.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA practices.
• Supervise paraprofessionals in delivering ABA services.
