CBS Supports is seeking passionate BCBAs to join our Maryland team, delivering high-quality ABA services. Current BCBA certification and MD licensure are required, with ongoing training and supervision available.

Responsibilities include client assessments, supervising ABA programs, and training parents. We offer mentorship, a supportive community, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Providing client assessments
• Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing the performance of programs, and adjusting as necessary
• Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers
• Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
