Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Foxborough, MA. Starting rate of $95,000–$115,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15K, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding ABA provider.

We emphasize smaller caseloads, AI-driven efficiency, mentorship, leadership access, and a commitment to advancing autism care through the ABA Academy of Excellence and ongoing provider development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
