Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. You will design and supervise evidence-based behavior-analytic programs for children and families, oversee RBTs, and conduct functional assessments.

The role offers a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year with relocation support up to $15,000. Master's degree and BCBA certification required, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
