ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role offers a starting rate of $100,000–$120,000 per year with relocation assistance up to $15K. You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide interventions.

Master’s degree and active BCBA certification required; licensure initiation before start date and clean driving record mandatory. Relocation support plus comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
