Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Vienna/Fairfax, VA. The role offers a starting rate of $100,000 to $120,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15,000, and the opportunity to lead clinical programs with a strong team.

The BCBA will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, work with RBTs and caregivers, and participate in assessments to guide interventions and outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• : Master’s degree required
• : Active BCBA certification required
• : Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date
• : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
• : Clean background/drug screening and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
