Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for individuals with autism and their families.

You will oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and supervise colleagues pursuing BCBA certification. Relocation support up to $15,000 is offered along with a starting salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.).
• Provide supervision to others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
