Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• BCBA Certification and state licensure is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Development and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct regular staff training and provide feedback.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings to ensure communication.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain current licensure and credentialing.

Skills

Experience with management and leadership

Ability to interact with families and clients

Experience in various ABA methodologies

Education

Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field

BCBA Certification with two years of experience
