Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team serving individuals with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement BIPs, and provide direct ABA services in a clinical setting.

You will train and supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and professionals, monitor progress, and stay current with ABA research. This full-time role requires BCBA certification and a strong commitment to high-quality autism care.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with a master's in ABA or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and assessment strategies.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals for individuals with autism.
• Provide services in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Provide direct ABA services including conducting assessments, data collection, and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in BIP implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure continuity of services.
• Monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with research and developments in ABA.
