The Recruiting Hive is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising RBTs, training caregivers, and collaborating with families and educators to ensure ethical, compliant services.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
