Golden Touch ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee development and supervision of individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with families and a team of ABA professionals to deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Utah LBA licensure required or eligible.
• ABA therapy experience preferred; new BCBAs encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians, ensuring proper implementation of plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to execute comprehensive strategies.
• Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.
