The role includes supervising behavior technicians, developing curricula, and ensuring data-driven decisions enhance client outcomes; strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Utah LBA licensure eligibility.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred; new BCBAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, update, and supervise behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals on treatment strategies.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions.
• Maintain high clinical quality and documentation standards.
