Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The BCBA will assess behavioral needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.

You will supervise behavior technicians, review reports, analyze data, and adjust interventions based on progress. A current BCBA certification and Utah LBA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans is essential.
• Strong data-tracking and progress-report skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
