ABA A Step At A Time Care in Fairfield County, CT, is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
