ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in New London County, CT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services. The ideal candidate will develop tailored treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with families and school teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (as applicable).
• Experience with early learning curricula.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.
