Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families to support client progress.

This hybrid role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, adjusting goals, and working with multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
