Woven Care in Colorado Springs is hiring a BCBA to design and guide ABA programs for kids and families, supervise and mentor RBTs, and coordinate with OT, PT, and SLP for integrated care. You will conduct assessments, lead parent trainings, and work across disciplines to enhance outcomes in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families.
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development.
• Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child’s care plan.
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings.
• Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines.
