Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado Springs is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home services, assess clients, and develop individualized treatment plans while ensuring quality outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs, train parents, and monitor progress, with a strong emphasis on parent training to carry gains into daily life for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
