Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a BCBA to lead in-home ABA therapy, assess clients, and craft individualized treatment plans. This pivotal role coordinates with families to translate clinical goals into daily routines.

You will supervise RBTs, coach parents, and ensure meticulous documentation to meet payer and regulatory requirements. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
