The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000, along with up to $30,000 in performance incentives and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within ABA.
• Enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Work with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Use data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team committed to ACES’ mission of excellence.
