Job summary

ACES, a nationwide ABA provider, seeks a BCBA to design and supervise tailored programs for children with autism. You’ll work with families and clinicians to ensure exceptional care and outcomes.

The role includes mentoring technicians, using data to drive progress, and collaborating across teams to support ACES’ mission. Competitive compensation ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with up to $30,000 in annual incentives, plus relocation assistance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA service delivery preferred.
• Ability to train and support entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high‑quality care.
