Job summary

ACES in the Bay Area is seeking a licensed BCBA to design and oversee tailored ABA programs for children with autism. You will collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure top-tier care and mentor Behavior Technicians to deliver effective services.

The role includes relocation assistance up to $7,500, a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with up to $30,000 in annual incentives, and comprehensive benefits. Join a respected, growing team committed to making a difference.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA certification and be registered with the BACB.
• Experience delivering ABA services and implementing individualized programs.
• Ability to lead and train entry-level staff and supervise clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track progress and adjust plans.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
