Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, a nonprofit serving Michiana, seeks a Level 1 BCBA in Child & Adolescent Services to supervise front-line staff delivering ABA services. You will supervise staff, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide direct therapy as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical directors and ongoing supervision of both staff and clients, with a focus on delivering high‑quality ABA interventions within LOGAN’s supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure as required by state.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder including assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line staff implementing ABA programs.
• Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans for clients; present to insurers as needed.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as required and supervise Behavior Technicians.
