Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in Michigan seeks a BCaBA staff member in Autism Services to supervise and develop ABA programs for clients under supervision of a Senior BCBA or Clinical Director.

You will provide direct therapy as needed, train front-line staff, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity while maintaining professional boundaries with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through the BACB (required).
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field or in graduate school pursuing BCBA; must have taken and passed the BCaBA exam.
• BCBA preferred and must be eligible to take exam within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of front-line staff implementing ABA programs and supervise treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans for clients.
• Present treatment plans to insurers to obtain/maintain authorization.
• Provide staff trainings on ABA program implementation.
• Assist in intake processes and coordinate with other Center staff.
