Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed BCBA to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee ABA program implementation for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and support a warm, in-person care environment. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus up to $10,000, distributed over 12 months.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Develop behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals to support clients' needs.
